Google-able dimensions aside, how does the Milgauss wear versus other Rolexes? Does it feel/wear like a maxi-case sub, Daytona, GMT, etc.?

I've owned a Milgauss (black, not the z blue), and I flipped it. The Milgauss is a beautiful watch, especially the Z-blue. I think its the most special of the lineup and the one to get. I think the Milgauss is quite an interesting piece out of the Rolex collection, it has one of the most colorful combinations and design. Aesthetically speaking it honestly doesn't truly appeal to me but from a collector's standpoint I would probably want to have one just because it's so quirky.

I've been hearing rumors of the milgauss getting discontinued soon and seems like the ADs are also not receiving stock of it these days. People who have gotten it recently, how was your buying experience? The outer caseback is engraved "Milgauss" (x 2) and also sports two Rolex coronets. Interestingly, the Milgauss was the first men's watch after the Sea-Dweller to sport a factory caseback engraving.
