Until today, it used to snap back automatically! I'm a little worried that over time it may get worse and that the bag won't stay securely closed.
Bag is currently with Celine getting the hardware repaired! I provided proof of purchase and the date code in the bag, Celine sent me a prepaid label and I shipped it off to them. I should get it back in 3-6 weeks and will you all know how it turns out! In this video I clean and condition the bag using Cadillac Boot and Shoe Care. Definitely one of my favorite leather conditioners. It totally got out a lot of the superficial scratches and helped.
