Out of the blue corner fights the 2531.80 as worn by Pierce Brosnan in Die Another Day. Our very own Nacho owns the former, while Morgan proudly rocks the latter. The caliber 8806 movement for the Seamaster 300M Bond watch is a giant leap from the first (automatic) reference 2531.80 Bond watch, of course that used the ETA based Omega caliber 1120. It has been certified ‘Master Chronometer’ by METAS, of which all details can be found here . I wouldn't consider the 2531 to be vintage, but it is a very well recognized, reliable, and much loved watch. It's the model that launched Omega into the Bond franchise. 6,1XX,XXX - 1979. Gender: Men's. Movement: Automatic 1570. Case: Excellent case which remains unpolished with slight wear from use and original factory bevels still intact. Excellent black bezel insert with slight wear which has lightly faded to a stunning navy blue color. Inner caseback is stamped: 1680.
